Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message, enquiry type, organisation name, selected services and any attached estimate. Do not send passwords or confidential client records through the website form.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, discuss the work and fees, and follow up. Where applicable, we process it because you ask us to take steps before a contract. We also rely on our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, keeping correspondence records and protecting the website from misuse.
Who handles enquiries
The operator and direct employees in the United Kingdom and Pakistan may handle enquiries. Team members include ACCA and ICAEW members, affiliates and students who follow the applicable professional confidentiality requirements.
Email and website services
When we enable online enquiries, Resend delivers them by email and Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from misuse. Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Workspace may handle email correspondence. The website also loads fonts from Google.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiries that do not become client engagements for 12 months after the last contact. A separate retention policy covers client engagement records.
Calculator and measurement
You can use the calculator without entering contact details. After a calculation, your browser keeps the estimate in session storage so you can attach it to an enquiry. We review enquiry outcomes by hand. The launch does not include website analytics or calculator-completion tracking.
Booking calendar
The Contact page can load a Calendly booking calendar. It is not loaded until you allow optional booking cookies, and Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies when you use the calendar.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to provide, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@swiftlondon.co.uk to make a request or raise a concern. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
